Our MBA programme is designed to train innovative leaders who have a strategic view of management. We provide future leaders with theoretical tools to help them to better understand the context of their managerial concerns. Our programme seeks to train leaders who are looking to work in innovative network organisations. We believe that this organisational design, which is a post-bureaucratic organisation, is the right solution for globalization and the impact of new technologies. This is the reason why our programme doesn’t offer classic courses such as marketing and Human Resources which correspond to older bureaucratic type organisations. We focus more on the network issues. Our programme stresses how to integrate the customer’s network as a source of innovation. Learning to become effective global manager Capitalising on its 10-year MBA Programme with the Krannert Management School (Purdue University), Rouen School of Management launched an exciting and innovative International MBA Programme in September 2003.
