A generalist MBA in its approach and a specialized MBA in its application The Aerospace MBA program is focused on processes with a strong strategic orientation. It deliberately adopts inter- and trans- disciplinary views to prepare participants for the challenge of the complex and continuously changing business world of tomorrow with specific reference to the Aerospace environment.

Today Aerospace companies are faced with 3 major challenges To be more flexible, more reactive, more efficient in a permanently changing environment To be global players, partners in collective projects or independent players in an internationally competitive environment To remain at the cutting-edge of technology while maintaining state-of-the-art management efficiency To face these challenges, aerospace companies must rely on their managers as essential cogs to implement changes, enhance individual and collective performance, be active “networkers” of their company and in so doing, play the role of “strategy accelerators”.
