Our MBA programme is designed to train innovative leaders who have a strategic view of management. We provide future leaders with theoretical tools to help them to better understand the context of their managerial concerns. Our programme seeks to train leaders who are looking to work in innovative network organisations. We believe that this organisational design, which is a post-bureaucratic organisation, is the right solution for globalization and the impact of new technologies. This is the reason why our programme doesn’t offer classic courses such as marketing and Human Resources which correspond to older bureaucratic type organisations. We focus more on the network issues. Our programme stresses how to integrate the customer’s network as a source of innovation. We emphasize how to manage knowledge through the network and how to develop the right kind of network format. Essentially we seek to provide answers and develop the necessary leadership behaviour for network based organisational forms.

You want to develop your critical mind, to master English, to be mobile to work in different regions or foreign countries.
